TalentDelta.ai is a trading name of JW Markets Ltd, 19 Pentney Road, London SW12 0NZ. That company is responsible for the information this site holds, and the address at the end of this page reaches a person who can act on it.

TalentDelta keeps a small amount about you. All of it is either needed to run your account or something you chose to publish.

Your account. An account is an email address, a display name and the day you joined. The email does one job: sending you a sign-in link when you ask for one. It is never shown on the site, and it is never copied to your public profile. Sign-in links and sessions are stored as hashes that expire.

Your public profile (optional, at /u/<handle>). Only what you write yourself: a handle, a bio, a one-line summary, an avatar, any links you add, and the skills and sectors you choose. Location and links can be switched off. If you never save a profile, you have none.

Your packs. A pack arrives private, and its readers are the handles its owner names. Its versions and credit entries stay with it. Our review of a pack is shown with the pack once it is released — the note we send you about that review is not published. A pack you release to the public sits in the catalogue, where it is free to download and shown with the people credited on it.

What else is recorded. For a signed-in account: which packs you downloaded and when — that is how a creator sees their work being used. Downloads without an account are counted too, with no account attached. A review carries your name and your rating. Searches over people store a numeric vector built only from the fields above; never your email, and your location only while you show it.

Analytics. We count visits with Plausible, a cookieless service run from the European Union. It tells us how many people came, which pages they read, which links they followed away from us, and that a form was submitted — never what was typed into it. There are no cookies and no identifier that follows you to another site, which is why you are asked to consent to nothing and see no cookie banner.

Removing your data. There is no delete-my-account button yet. Ask us and we will remove what we hold: your account, your profile, the sign-in links and sessions, and any pack you have not released. A pack you have already released can be withdrawn from the catalogue. Downloads you made stay in the counts with no account attached, and a review you wrote comes out with your account.

Our host's logs. Like any site, our host records each request that reaches us — the page asked for, the answer sent, how long it took, and the IP address it came from. Those records are what keeps the service up and are not used to build a picture of you; they are deleted on a fixed short schedule.

Who to ask. Write to hello@talentdelta.ai. That address reaches the person who can act on it, and it is the one to use for anything on this page — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or removal.
