These are the rules between you and JW Markets Ltd, which runs TalentDelta.ai as a trading name, 19 Pentney Road, London SW12 0NZ.

What you keep. The pack you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it, to show it to the people you name, and — once you release it — to list it in the catalogue and let anyone download it.

What you promise. That you have the right to upload it, including any third-party code, prompts or files inside it, and that its licence allows us to distribute it as you have asked us to. Every pack is read by a person before it publishes; that check is about the claims the pack makes and the files it ships, it is not a warranty, and nothing here promises that a pack is safe, accurate or fit for any purpose.

How you use it. Download it, change it, run it. Do not upload anything unlawful, malicious or obtained without permission, and do not use the site to attack it or anyone on it. We will remove a pack or an account that breaks these rules.

The service. TalentDelta is provided as it is. Features change, packs disappear when their owners withdraw them, and packs are credited to the people who uploaded them — keep your own copy of anything you need.

Changes and law. We will date any change to these terms. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
