What we like
A large, coherent multi-harness plugin: 68 agents, 293 skills, 94 commands, 122 rules, mirrored across seventeen editor and CLI harnesses. It ships its own tests, an MCP server catalogue, translated docs and a path-sanitiser agent.
Potential improvements
Docs and templates carry example home paths, and a few skill docs point at scripts that live at the repository root rather than beside the skill.
Minimum requirements
Node and one supported agent harness (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor and others); no paid account needed.
Security risks
None found: every secret-shaped match is a synthetic fixture in the pack's own detector tests or a documentation example. No live credential, no personal data, no unlicensed third-party material.
Tested: full archive read — integrity, licence, claim counts, secret scan. Not tested: install on a clean machine.

Initial packaging of affaan-m/ECC at pin ef648e01899b (tree unmodified; the packaging tool appends a provenance block to README.md). 68 agent definitions under agents/, 293 skills under skills/, 94 command files under commands/, 122 rule files, hook automations, and an MCP server catalogue (mcp-configs/mcp-servers.json) defining 34 servers. Agent and skill definitions are mirrored into 17 harness layouts: .claude, .codex, .cursor, .gemini, .kimi, .kiro, .qwen, .trae, .zed, .opencode, .pi, .hermes, .openclaw, .codebuddy, .adal, .pr and .agents (the repo's other dot-directories are editor, forges and plugin-marketplace metadata, not harness layouts). Nothing excluded. No file edited, scrubbed or removed; the secret-shaped matches listed in the safety note are upstream test fixtures and documentation examples.
Review: Approved on the corrected re-POSTed bytes, reviewed from our own copy of the blob. Blob hash 5ba6b97d838aacfc7e3a02a0158915e88ea2ba81c0b82a48adb87f1c9b328a87, thirty seven million one hundred forty four thousand nine hundred ninety five bytes, re-hashed against the stored content hash: match. The superseded hold reviewed the previous blob and only the README differs between the two archives, so this is a README only correction of exactly the two figures the hold named. Every countable claim in the summary and the change note now re-derives from the archive: sixty eight agents, two hundred ninety three skills, ninety four commands, one hundred twenty two rules, seventeen harness layouts, and thirty four servers in the named MCP catalogue. Licence clean: three copies of the same MIT text, copyright Affaan Mustafa; the Apache and BSD mentions are dependency licence fields in the lockfile; the GPL mentions are a licence choice inside a prompt string; no CC BY, no vendored third party bundle. Safety triaged by class: the installability read is BLOCKED and its classes are the pack's own secret detector test fixtures, example home paths in docs and templates, and references to scripts that ship at the repository root; no live credential and no personal data. Provenance: upstream ECC at pin ef648e01899b, tree unmodified, packaging record appended to the README. Not checked: no fresh install run, because the pack is private and the lane's single blank identity is serialised; recorded in the archive and reported to the owner. (2026-10-09)
