What we like A large, coherent harness: forty-seven plugin directories, two hundred thirty-one slash commands and three hundred thirty-eight skill definitions, all counted against the archive. The definition files match the pinned upstream commit, and the pack says plainly what it leaves out.
Potential improvements The summary's aside of one hundred fifty-three distinct role names reads one low against the shipped files. Four per-plugin lockfiles ship although the change note lists lockfiles as excluded.

Cloned at fe627e5e (2026-10-12) and packaged from the harness definition trees: .claude/ (agents, skills, commands, helpers, workflows), all 47 plugins/, the .agents/ cross-harness layout, .claude-plugin/marketplace.json, .harness/, README, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and the MIT LICENSE. The marketplace manifest advertises 46 plugins; 47 ship — the extra one, ruflo-chatgpt-federation, carries its own plugin.json and no listing entry. Excluded: v3/ (50.7 MB next-generation harness), ruflo/ (16.8 MB npm bundle), docs/ (41.2 MB site imagery and benchmarks), verification/, tests/, scripts/, src/, bin/, .github/ CI, lockfiles, the 5.3 MB demo GIF, and the crates and plugin symlinks (into v3/crates and .claude/{agents,commands,skills}). A zip cannot store a directory symlink, so those mirrors are dropped rather than duplicated; every definition they point at ships at its canonical .claude/ path. Counts re-derived from the built archive.

Exclusions check out from the tree: no root-level generation source, documentation site, tests, scripts, source, binary, workflow or crate tree ships and no demo animation, though four per-plugin lockfiles do ship although the note lists lockfiles as excluded.
